Services may be provided to clients who require it on a sliding fee scale or at a reduced rate for when services are provided by students or licensed-but-learning therapists. Please discuss rates with the individual mental health professional you are or are hoping to work with.
You may be eligible for reimbursement of your session fee through your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or other employment/health benefits program. Please inquire with your EAP/benefits provider for reimbursement requirement.
You may be able to claim your session fees as tax deductions under medical expenses as psychological services are regulated by the Health Professions Act.
